VOLUNTEER! IT'S FUN!
Volunteering at the Utopia Recycling Center (UR) is rewarding, meaningful and fun! Volunteers are needed for 2 1/2 hour shifts, 9-11:30 am or 11:30 am - 2 pm, every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. The job consists of greeting every customer, assisting with their sorting questions, helping customers unload and lift their recyclables and keeping the Center clean.
Volunteers are also called on to participate in quarterly highway pickups along KUB's adopted stretch of highway. Each first Monday, volunteers pick up trash in Town Square and surrounds. And, we take shifts at the KUB booth during the annual Fall Fair.
Live your commitment to Keeping Utopia Beautiful by signing up at the UR, contacting Greg at 281 703 4330, or e-mailing [email protected] . Thank you!
